   Time is a precious commodity in today's hurry-up world.
 "Excellence. One Client at a Time" isn't just a  tagline. It's the cornerstone of Len's real estate practice. Time and attention are gifts he gives freely. Spending time getting to know his clients, listening to what's important to them and helping them achieve their goals, without pressure, is what Len does every day. 

    This kind of high quality service can't happen in a "team" setting. Len won't hand clients off to subordinates; he invests the time necessary to take care of each person himself. This is his passion. Simply putting one more deal together just isn't enough. Getting as much value as possible out of the real estate process for his clients is where the real joy of being a Realtor is found.

     What are Len's qualifications?

   Len has been selling real estate, full time, for 31 years. He has thrived in bad markets and good. He has succeeded through more than one recession, including the early 1990's, when the market dropped by 25%. 1992, (perhaps the worst year for real estate in living memory) was Len's best year ever.  

   Len's original training in theatre makes him an excellent communicator. Over the years, he has taken countless courses to improve his skills. Most recently, Len completed his accreditation as a Mediator. He holds a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from York University, a course based on the Harvard Law School's Alternative Dispute Resolution programme. Len is a highly skilled negotiator. 

   He is also an ASA; an Accredited Senior Agent. Seniors are a particular specialty for Len; the ASA designation has equipped him with training and insight specifically designed for the needs of his senior clients. 

   Real estate is becoming increasingly more complicated and technologically driven, and Len prides himself on staying ahead of the curve. But the heart of the business is still found in relationships. Len strives to build relationships built on confidence and trust.
